Replace a damaged or malfunctioning 15.4" 1440 x 900 LCD panel in your model A1226 or A1260 MacBook Pro 15" laptop.

A new LCD panel can restore dead pixels, fix color bleeding, and eliminate lines in your display image as well as restore a dim or dead backlight.

In rare circumstances, 15" MacBook Pros use Chi Mei model N154C6 LCDs. If you have this LCD, then you need the Chi Mei reverse frame LCD. The only way to tell if you have a Chi Mei LCD is by taking the LCD out of the laptop and looking at the manufacturer sticker on the back side of the LCD.
