At our location in Stuttgart-Degerloch, we have provided tools, replacement parts, and repair guides to the European market since 2013, and we are committed to the Right to Repair. The particularities and needs of the European market are the focus of our work.
What we do
E-Commerce
Our global E-Commerce team ensures that our free repair platform is supported by selling iFixit tools and replacement parts. At our location in Stuttgart, we ensure that the products are available in our European stores and determine which tools and replacement parts are needed in Europe.
Marketing & Sales
Together we can fix any thing. This message needs to go out into the world! Our Marketing and Sales team ensures that we communicate our vision on all relevant channels and that our tools are made accessible to everyone in brick-and-mortar stores.
Operations and Customer Service
To ensure that the ordered products reach our customers, our Operations team takes care of warehousing and shipping. In addition, our Customer Support ensures smooth communication in case of any questions or issues.
Internal Services
Our Accounting team is the financial ninjutsu in the company, keeping a sharp eye on all financial matters. But because money alone doesn’t make people happy, the People and Culture team creates a vibrant work culture where employees can reach their full potential and drive iFixit forward together.
