Black screen, keeps vibrating w/ power cable

Hi,
-I replaced the power button flex cable on a iphone5 because the button was not working anymore. Put the whole thing back together but it won't turn on anymore. Nothing happens when I hold the power button.

-When I put it on the charger it starts vibrating every few seconds but still nothing happens. When I plug it into the computer, my computer does recognize the phone but still it keeps vibrating and won't turn on.
