You have to take the console apart, remove the drive and take that apart. Take the tray out and realign. Pay attention to how the mechanism works before you mess with it.
To take the tray out you will have to squeeze it from the sides to unhinge it from it's plastic guide rails. When you get to putting it back in, slot one side in first (i slot the side in with the teeth for the gears first) followed by the other side.
