-There are three basic solutions to this type of troubleshooting problem. One solution includes charging the device for at least four hours, and then attempting to try it on using the power button. If it is not a charging issue, apply a soft reset to the device by holding down the power button for ten seconds to force shut down and restart of the device. Lastly, if the problem is not solved, try to plug the device into the computer using the USB port. Check out the troubleshooting page for detailed descriptions.
