I bought my phone on April 12th and from day one had problems when calls come in I can't hear party and they can't hear me. Tmobile had me remove sim card and replace. This resolved the issue for 8 to 10 hrs and same problem. Finally I read somewhere to clear cache and cookies (don't know why) but after doing that it's been over a week and no more issues. Before it was happening 4 to 5 times a day. Hope this helps.
