My beats won't even turn on. Won't charge, nothing. Went to a repairer who said Apple will send a refurb pair if I pay $275. Is there a cheaper way to fix them?

I need help!!! I woke up one morning and was having trouble with my beats studios 2.0 like they weren't connecting even though they were right next to my phone. So I forgot the device thing I would just find it and reconnect it. But now I can't even find them on the bluetooth list. I tried multiple different phones but non can find them. I have tried putting them in pairing mode and nothing I have tried to reset them and nothing. Somebody please help!!!!
