I have a US Smart TV and have been having power and video issues for awhile since I moved to Germany. Found out that the power here uses 50HZ instead of 60Hz. Anyway I have been unplugging my TV when it is not in use and it hasn't acted up since. I also made sure to update the systems firmware. Maybe this suggestion can fix some issues.
