If you are unsure if your battery was fully charged you can plug it in. If the battery does not have a full charge a red LED light will appear. Once this light turns off the battery is at maximum capacity.
If you are sure that your battery was at full charge when you began using it and the battery life was not satisfactory, then you may want to consider replacing your battery to extend the devices longevity.
