My Toshiba is dead.

I used it to print something and it was at 99% charged.  It was plugged in.  Suddenly the screen went black the entire machine stopped.  Not one light, plugged or not plugged.  I've only used it a few times since getting it in May!  There was no instruction manual or any way to trouble shoot!
