Alright, in case anybody was following this thread:

I bought a second apple watch and it was possible to transfer its lcd as well as the form touch gasket to the other apple watch. The only thing bothering me is the fact that there are no adhesive strips offered on the internet so the lcd keeps jumping out of the case.
