Sandy, read through a few forums on RCA tablet won't turn on, most of them suggest, push the power and volume up button down at the same time for 10-20 seconds. Try this once or twice. If it does not turn on wait a few minutes and try holding down power and volume button again. They also state to try charging it through your computer, as some times the USB will some how kick start the charging again.
