-If the buttons are difficult to press there could be debris inside the case, beneath the buttons that is causing the difficulties. Power off the device before removing the back with a spunger or similar tool. Be careful not to damage the casing of the device. The volume button assembly will be in the top left corner. Use a clean brush of some sort, possibly including an unused toothbrush, to clear away any debris. While the case is open make sure the buttons are loose, but not detached. Replace the case covering and power the device back on, if you can. If the buttons are still not working the problem is the volume button assembly. We will have a replacement guide for this shortly.
