Why won't my Nespresso Pixie power on?

My 3 year old Nespresso Pixie (Chrome) will not power on (green lights will not show up) at all after pushing the button to do so. Was working fine until I didn't use it for a few months.  I've taken the thing apart in the hopes that I could find something obviously wrong (corroded terminal, blown fuse, etc), but could't really find much.

Tried to hold down the espresso and lungo buttons for 20 secs to see if that did anything, but it didn't.

Anyone had this problem before or any suggestions?
