-new Battery not charging

-I replaced the battery and logic board
+I replaced both the battery and logic board
-the computer will run if pluged in and has the green led lit on plug
+The computer will run if plugged in and has the green LED lit on MagSafe plug.
-the battery is new from apple but I had the same problem with it not charging so replaced the logic board. Have tryed resetting the SMC and everything on Apples site
