Where did you purchase the parts? Thats the problem with aftermarket parts you have to be careful not to get low quality parts. I have never had any problems with the parts on this website. Amazon and Ebay you want to make sure you buy from someone who is highly rated with quite a lot of reviews not just 10. Also read the reviews, that will keep you out of trouble. As for right now ensure nothing is blocking the earpiece port on the screen, that may take removing the screen and removing the camera and ear speaker assembly. Reinstall them and pay close attention not to block anything during reinstallation.
