@jesada ,linda b. Did a search for a service/repair manual with no luck. All I can suggest is to disassemble the vacuum to access motor connections and carefully test there with DVOM for power when switch on. If power is present at the motor and motor not running, would signify motor faulty. If no power present at motor you will have to trace back through wire harness in search of bad/damagedwire/plug/relay/fuse/switch.
