Zenbook UX31 Screen Flicker

Hello,

I have really bad screen flickering happening on my UX31A. I opened the BIOS and it is still happening there. I am attempting an update to the newest operating system, but I fear that it will not work. Would somebody confirm that this is a Motherboard issue? Does anyone know what the fix might be?
