I have 3 6's doing this exact thing.  I have replaced and swapped out speakers with known good speakers as well as brand new speakers purchased from ifixit.  I have dont screen swaps before with out this being an issue so dont believe its the camera flex cables.  Any other ideas as this seems to be something else.
