Updated phone to b162 but it's suddenly back to b125 again?!

Hello,
I bought the '''Honor 8 lite''' (a.k.a. '''Huawei GR3 2017''', '''P8 lite 2017''' in some countries) It's '''PRA-LA1''' and first time I opened it right after I bought it, it asked to be updated to version '''b162''', which I accepted, let the phone update, let it restart and install and then everything was done. I even checked the "about phone" and it was version '''b162''', and there were no more updates.
Yesterday (about 2 weeks after I bought it and updated), I randomally went to settings to check if there was a new update because I'd heard there was a new b165 update. I found no new updates, but I saw that the version said '''''"b125"'''''?? Which is very strange, seeing as I had updated it to '''b162''' and I know that it updated correctly. Why is it suddenly back to b125? I try to check for updates but it says that there are no updates, not even the b162 update which should have been installed! I have made absolutely no changes to my phone ever since I bought it.
Today, I even tried to factory reset it in hopes that maybe it would ask for the b162 update again but no luck, it's still b125 and says there are no updates.
If anyone could shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
