If your lcd is not working then you can remove it without caring to get further cracked and install new one within 20-30 minutes.
But if your old lcd still working and u want to sale or refurbish it then u can spend more time in safely removing plus another 20 minutes to install new Lcd.
As in our store we don’t keep old pixel lcds and generally take 30 minutes for google pixel repair.
Cost depends on parts quality.
