If you buy an LCD with the frame it should have the hardware buttons preinstalled as the hardware buttons are located between the LCD and the frame, all you have to do is connect the display, fingerprint and hardware buttons flex cables when reassembling the device. Remember the OnePlus 3's display should be an AMOLED panel and not LCD, make sure you pay attention to this when buying if you want the display to have the same quality as the original. :)
