Make sure your phones battery is completely discharged to be safe then get some 99% isopropyl alcohol you most likely can get this at your local pharmacy put it into a container and let your phone soak completely submerged for 20-30 mins then let it dry for about an hour DO NOT use anything lower than 99% alcohol the water in anything less could corrode the logic board
