The hard drive fan is just under the logic board near the hard drive. Your error does imply it is having a problem. Take a screen shot fo the main window (make sure you enlarge it so all of the sensors are visible) and paste it here for us to see [guide|21499]. That way we can make sure thats all we need to deal with.
