Why is my brush roll and indicator not working?

-My indicator light stays off and the brush roll doesn't function. I removed the roll and disassembled it. No blockages, everything clean, wires are good, position switch working properly. Performed wiring checks, beyond possible high resistance through the circuit board no issues noted. Can find no information on how much voltage should be being supplied to brush roll. Or what proper resistance readings should be. checked voltage at where the brush roll connects to the base. vacuum on 7v with or without pressing the latch switch to imitate bottom being connected unsure what proper voltage should be
