that could be a main board issue as well as a panel issue. I would start with the main board, checking the t-con board as well

that could be a main board issue as well as a panel issue. I would start with the main board, checking the t-con board as well. disconnect all teh wiring form the T-con board to the panel. then just connect one side. Let us know what it shows.
