Sorry guy, you did a bit more damage than a fuse here. You’ved damaged the power control logic on the logic board. There is a set of MOSFET’s that control the voltage coming from the MagSafe connector to both the battery and the system.
At this point I think you’ll need to find some one with the needed skills to try to fix your logic board or just replace it following this guide [guide|1363]. I think it’s a toss up as the cost of the logic board will be about the same getting you logic board fixed.
