I changed the head brush assembly about a year ago with no problem works great .Last week i changed the small bearing for the ball it was worn ,no problem BUT now the suction is so great it lifts the fitted carpet and is hard to maneuver ,any ideas . I would be much obliged as my wife is in her mid 70s and finds it hard work.and there is no way she will allow me to do the cleaning .Thanks.
