Is the screen literally broken (cracked) or it physically OK and is just not working?
''If it is just not working'', do you get any indications on the tablet when you connect the charger to it, that it is charging OK etc?
''If the screen is broken,'' (was the tablet dropped or sat on etc?''),'' then it would have to be opened and inspected to assess the internal damage.
