Title:

does keyboard malfunction on this specific model happen often?

Text:

iw been having my dell inspiron 3537 for almost 4 years so far, and it worked perfectly. Im really satisfied with it. But recently, for no specific reason (no dmg caused do to dropping or spilling anything over it), some of the keys stopped working. At first Caps lock, left shift and Ctrl stopped working, but in last few days this “not working thing” expended to “q” and “w” key also. Any general idea what could cause this? or tips what to do about it? ( id maybe try opening it my self but without some guides on how to really do it, im not interested in messing around and possibly cause more harm ) [br]
