The lower (Front Camera/Sensor Flex) connector looks a little mangled up but that is not the cause of your issue. From what I can see, there are several components missing on the logic board, directly below the screen connector (the long one in the picture). The phone can work without most of those but the without but the middle is required for Touch to work.

This is a pretty straightforward repair for an experienced micro-solderer. Do a quick Google search and you should find one in your area.
