Well, I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned but your best bet is to visit an Apple Store & they'vegot some better tools than we, the general public. They're going to do the same basic idea as your iPhone needs a “hard reset" & I apologize for not being able to give you a better answer but you might as well deal with the reality of the situation. Based on the date of this open ? I want to assume you've always done the needful but I wanted to see this thread have a happy ending.
