After replacing screen camera app now stuck on shutter?

Hi,
-I replaced a smashed screen for a customer and after I put it back together, the camera app is now stuck on the shutter. Could I have damaged the front or rear camera or connectors? I have checked the connections many times but no luck also rebooted etc.
