I think you’ve confused your self. The WonderBoom does not offer voice services as such it can’t tell you the power levels, the UE Boom series speakers offers that.

The WonderBoom does offer a tone which tells you the power level based on its tone when you press the volume buttons.
Try a Hard Reset: Press the volume up (+), the volume down (-), the Bluetooth button, and the power button on the top simultaneously. Hold for approximately 15 seconds.
