I just removed the casing for a first time battery change after 18 months since I bought this device, and discovered that the foil on the hard drive is split, with a connector peeking out. In all other images/videos for this model, the foil is intact and no connector is visible. Can anyone explain what might have happened here? Thanks [image|1854710]
