-Are you sure you have a Cinema HD display? This display uses an old connector ADC (Apple Display Connector). You’ll need to convert it to DVI and then you’ll need to convert this one more time to DP (DisplayPort or min DisplayPort) depending on what your PC’s graphics board supports.

By the time to get all of the needed adapters to get the signal converted, I think you can buy a better display for less. Besides we still don’t know if this display is even working.
