The problem is the thickness of the glass, the adhesive used on the home button (HB) bracket and the distance between the black dot on the HB actuator and the bracket.

I use Tesa 4695 or 61395 for strong adhesion for the bracket to the digitiser glass. Replace the actuator if needed if the black circle dot is missing. Same HB should be reused due to touch ID.

Sometimes depending on if the HB feels dipped in you may need to bend the bracket closer to the home button on the middle of the bracket.
Then to finish it off use B7000 / T7000 liquid glue on the sides of the bracket and some on the sides of the HB black rubber gasket to ensure the HB stays snuggly on place.
