Shut down warning - at random

My laptop frequently displays a warning off automatic shut down in 60s and then counts down - if I don't see it them it shuts everything off and on logging in everything reboots. If I click cancel then it's OK, but the warning is back in a few hours. I checked the battery health and it is 86% the memory space is fine.
