White ribbon that sits across the top of battery damage

Hi guys I've broken the small white ribbon with blue at the end, that sits across the top of the battery can I get a replacement ribbon? Where? Links please. also Where does the other end fit to, I was attempting to change the battery I couldn't get it out also do I have to remove the speakers to change the battery, before I total this speaker thanks for any links to obtaining the white ribbon it's the ribbon that fits through a slit that connects to the second board with a blue strip, across the end. Thanks
