-I had this problem, it was ok for a few minutes then I stopped working

-I solved the problem by removing the driver of touch pad (in control pannel)

-then windows came up again and it was solved (the driver was installed automatically )
+I solved the problem by removing the driver of the touch pad (in control panel) then I restarted laptop and when the windows came up again, the problem was solved (the driver was installed automatically )
