Hello, I have tried almost everything I could find on YouTube to get my RCA Viking Pro 10 to work, and at 1st it worked when I unplugged the battery and plugged it back in, but then after a week of leaving it alone it just stopped working completely, the blue light to indicate that the charger is turning on but it should be flashing off and on, and it isn’t doing that, could this be a battery issue?
