Try a full reboot of your device by holding down the power button, and then selecting ”Restart” from the pop-up menu. When it restarts, make sure that your Wi-Fi and/or cellular data are turned on. Try to access the files and videos from different browsers - Firefox, Edge, Chrome, etc. If these browsers don't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling them.
