Title:

send help unable to unscrew acer nitro 5 heat sink screw

Text:

I have tried to remove the heatsink of my nitro 5 so i can replace the thermal paste but in the process i have messed up 3 screws on the heatsink, making it hard for my toolkit (moray kit) philips head driver bits to get a good grip on the screws.

the screws would normally look like this (was unable to get an good clear image of the screw so made a quick drawing to represent) https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/693925504725549120/848589242102710312/normalscrew.png

but the screws that i damaged look something like this. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/693925504725549120/848589246730338304/damagedscrew.png

I've tried all the philips head screw bits but all failed. most other driver bits were too small or too thick (model an515-54-54w2, unable to find my specific model, AN515-53-55G9 was the only acer nitro 5 choice)

please help
