@miguelmoretti try some isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air. Use something like air-in-a-can that you would use as a keyboard duster. Available in most department stores. Alternatively, you could use some suction from a small, yet strong vacuum cleaner or similar device (like a big 60ml syringe attached to a small hose etc.). Those things love to collect cerumen (earwax) If that does not work you will most likely have to disassemble them (no fun at all) and clean it from the inside out.
