Do you have a Samsung account?

If so on a different device search up on your default browser Samsung Find My Phone when entered you should see the website.

Sign in using your Samsung account or your Google account (If linked to your Samsung account)

After that you should see your Mobile's name

Scroll/swipe down and click on Unlock.

And that should work.
