Laptop doesn't recognize the hard disk

I was trying to recover my deleted data when the laptop forcely stopped, i restarted it and i faced a screen shows: "non system disk or disk error". See the picture

I though that the problem is from hard disk itself so i changed it ;but i still facing this problem
