If you replaced the battery, what I would try is cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol on the bot and the charging station. Now if that doesn't work, I would try resetting the deebot. Only reason I mention a reset is because it could be a software issue causing charging issues because you already replaced the battery

+FYI you will have to add the bot back to the app, as this resets everything on the bot itself
