Philip, it seems unfair of you to "leave a bad rating" because you're not willing to take the few steps needed to talk to the iFixit Store staff about a replacement. Your digitizer has a lifetime warranty, and I've found the staff to be extremely responsive and helpful.

They specifically select their parts for high quality and longevity, but like anything it's always possible to get a bad apple in the bunch. The good news is they stand behind their products and are happy to help.

So please, take @strongbow's advice and check the connectors, and if you're still having problems contact iFixit at support@ifixit.com and they'll take care of you.
