How to save my saved videos off my ps4

I have a ps4 that wont switch on. It says cannot start  connect dual shock 4 using cable.

i have done everything but option 6,7 which basically wipe all data. I dont care about saved game data. I have hundreds of screen captures videos ive saved playing games on my ps4. How can i access them and save them to usb or even transfer them over to my ps5 so all my videos are in one place ?
