I was handed down a used Insignia. The TV is coming online, but has a black screen.[br]
After research, I confirmed that the image is there, but the backlight LEDs need replacement.[br]

After reaching out to BestBuy (Insignia is their brand) I found out that I can't get the replacement parts from them, and Insignis isn't selling an LED kit anywhere for this model.[br]

My question is, can I buy any generic LED like for a 60" tv and replace the parts? [br]
logically it should not be an issue, but I want to be sure.[br]
